Kacey and Joe

Apparently when I asked for volunteers to take pictures of, Kacey took me seriously. JK Kace, it was lots of fun, thanks for letting me take them! I'm obviously not very experienced at this photography thing so I was a little nervous. I didn't want them to hate them and I didn't want them to look super amateur! No one wants crappy engagement pictures! So anyway, I did it and was actually pleasantly surprised at how they turned out. I hope you guys like them! Here's a few of my faves..

Sweet baby Aleyah!

This is my sweet little neice Aleyah when she was just 6 days old. She's such a sweetie. We only had one minor peeing incident. And luckily it was while Kera was holding her so her hands served as the diaper. My mom was there and thought we were mean for making her be naked. Mean because she was naked, and mean because years down the road she thinks Aleyah won't be real happy about naked pictures. I'm pretty sure she won't mind though. Look how dang cute she is!

Roberts clan

A couple weeks ago I went down and took pictures of my sister Marilyn's family. I thought they turned out pretty good. I had to get really crafty on the one of just the boys. I cut out the rest of the family then patched the holes and tried to make the bricks and cement look natural. Can you tell? Thank goodness for Photoshop!

Cute kids

I just took these one day when the weather was nice and thought we could get away with being outside for a while. Again, not a lot of editing. Good lighting and cute kids really help with that!

Winter fun!

These are really the first pictures I took with my new camera. Other than sharpening a little and changing some to black and white, I didn't do a whole lot of editing. Taking pictures outdoors with good lighting sure makes the editing process a whole lot easier!
